Account Manager

General Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Will operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to accounts/clients.
  • Will build up and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Will develop a trusted adviser relationship with key customers, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Will ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Will forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Will assist high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Will directly report to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

  • With IT sales work experience is preferred but is not required for this position.
  • Must have a good moral character, integrity, and a personal initiative to strive for excellence.
  • Must be presentable and must have a pleasing personality.
  • Must have excellent selling and negotiating skills.
  • Must have excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • Must be an achiever and can meet quotas.
  • With experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Has proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details.
  • Must be willing to learn.
  • One (1) full-time position available.
