Account Manager
General Roles and Responsibilities:
- Will operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to accounts/clients.
- Will build up and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Will develop a trusted adviser relationship with key customers, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Will ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Will forecast and track key account metrics.
- Will assist high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Will directly report to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
- With IT sales work experience is preferred but is not required for this position.
- Must have a good moral character, integrity, and a personal initiative to strive for excellence.
- Must be presentable and must have a pleasing personality.
- Must have excellent selling and negotiating skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Must be an achiever and can meet quotas.
- With experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Has proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details.
- Must be willing to learn.
- One (1) full-time position available.
