Terms and Conditions:
1. DBQuest reserves the right to re-schedule the classes.
2. Bookings will only be confirmed upon completion of Enrollment Form and COPY OF PURCHASE ORDER
(PO) OR FULL PAYMENT (Cash or Cheque) IS MADE PRIOR TO CLASS COMMENCEMENT
3. DBQuest reserves the right to reject any enrollment without payment or purchase order.
4. Payment terms is 30 days. Late payment will be charged additional 2% interest per month of delay.
Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellations must be made at least 10 calendar days before the class start date to avoid charges.
2. Cancellation/movement between 7-1 calendar days before the event/class start date will be charged 50% of the training fee.
3. Cancellation/movement on the same week/date of the event/class will be treated as a "no show-charge" and billed at 100%.
